A list of common winning hands begins with jacks or better, moving on to 2 pairs, three of a kinds, straights, flushes, full houses, 4 of a kinds, straight flushes and last but not least royal flushes. It definitely goes without saying that the pay out schedule can range from machine to machine, so that experienced players are agile enough to choose the most profitable ones each instance.
After the first round has completed, the player can either decide to remain on in an attempt to maximize their winnings, or press the ‘collect’ button to retrieve any money that they may have won. Additionally, a few versions of the game allow the bettor an opportunity to double their profits, in which instance another game is played. There are also variations between individual machines, with some decks of cards including wild cards and other differing characteristics to enhance playability.
